    SUMMARY
    The Project Health & Safety Analyst will play a crucial role in tracking, analyzing, and reporting safety data, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting field safety professionals in maintaining a safe work environment.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Track and report project safety data for submission to the Safety Director.
    • Support the entry and close-out of incidents and near hits in the client’s reporting platform.
    • Assist project safety professionals with onboarding new employees and maintaining the employee training matrix.
    • Review safety observations, audits, and safety meeting data to identify positive and negative trends in safety and quality performance.
    • Audit safety reporting requirements to ensure 100% compliance and accountability.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • Experience: 1-5 years in the construction industry, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector and/or data analytics.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data tracking and analysis.

    SUMMARY
    The Operator Qualification (OQ) Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Operator Qualification program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and client-specific requirements. This role involves coordinating training, maintaining records, tracking qualifications, and working closely with field personnel, supervisors, and regulatory bodies.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Manage the OQ Program in compliance with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), a branch of the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and industry standards.
    • Coordinate and schedule OQ training, evaluations, and requalification sessions for field personnel.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications, certifications, and training.
    • Monitor and track OQ compliance and ensure all employees remain qualified for their respective tasks.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including field supervisors, safety managers, and human resources, regarding OQ status and requirements.
    • Develop and distribute reports on qualification status, compliance metrics, and potential gaps to management and clients.
    • Interface with third-party training providers and evaluators to ensure consistent and high-quality training and assessments, including minimal travel to training sites to observe and evaluate the effectiveness of the training and assessment processes firsthand.
    • Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and procedures related to operator qualifications.
    • Respond to audits, inspections, and inquiries from regulatory bodies and clients related to OQ compliance.
    • Perform internal audits on Company’s Operator Qualification Program, including evaluators and employees, to verify training effectiveness and employee knowledge to perform covered tasks.
    • Implement changes to training materials, manuals, and procedures based on findings from internal and external audits to maintain OQ compliance.
    • Stay updated on changes to OQ regulations and industry best practices, and implement necessary adjustments to the program.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in OQ management or a related role in the utility or energy sector preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of DOT OQ regulations (49 CFR Part 192 and 195) and industry standards.
    • Proficient in using OQ management systems, including but not limited to, ISNetworld, Veriforce, Energy WorldNet (EWN), Avetta, MEA Energy Association, DISA Global Solutions, Northeast Gas Association, etc.
    • Ability to achieve, or already have administrator credentials, for above OQ associations.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance is a plus.

    JOB SUMMARY
    This job description is meant to cover core responsibilities around job cost, general ledger, intercompany, and treasury analysis and reconciliation. Other responsibilities are likely to be assigned as the Financial Leadership of the department sees fit. The Senior Accountant will assist in maintaining and controlling all relevant General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization related to all areas and processes associated with “Essential Functions” below, applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls to all aspects of the role.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Efficiently and effectively utilize the capabilities of the Vista ERP system to manage and control key accounting areas including but not limited to cash transactions and reconciliation, intercompany, and other account reconciliation, and reporting.
    • Prepare month-end journal entries as needed for close
    • Accurately Reconcile cash, pre-paid expense accounts, intercompany, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet accounts on or before the 8th business day of the month-end close process.
    • Ensure jobs are accurately set up with direction and authorization from Operations inclusive of proper phase code/cost type combinations
    • Complete detailed fade/gain analysis on standard templates in accordance with thresholds that will assist in answering questions from Corporate Finance on project margin, CAC, and CV changes.
    • Ensure accuracy of Contract Value rollforward with change orders and agreement to POC file
    • Maintain and review the job cost reconciliation to ensure all cost types and general ledger accounts balance monthly in addition to assisting with unique job cost entries to ensure appropriate accounting
    • Manage and ensure proper monthly reconciliation of all intercompany activity between internal entities involving communicating directly with accounts payable and field office management
    • Manage and ensure proper monthly reconciliation of Corporate intercompany including direct communication with Corporate MasTec employees.
    • Understand and own key internal controls around areas of responsibility including but not limited to cash, prepaids, job set up, accounts receivable and other various accounts and proactively sign off on all reconciliations.
    • Individually problem-solve to find solutions to any issues / new items before reaching out for help. This can include meetings with applicable individuals, coming to meetings with a preliminary solution, or working with other departments as needed. This also includes responding to emails directly with your own thoughts on solutions to problems.
    • Have an attitude of continuous self-improvement and optimize the processes around the above items. Show independent initiative to bring any process improvements to the table to discuss with the team.
    • Assist with annual SOX and financial audits through the timely, accurate and complete production of PBC items from external and internal audit related to the areas covered by this job description.

    SUMMARY

    The Senior Project Manager is responsible for pipeline related design, construction management and integrity management projects from inception through to delivery. Projects will be multi-disciplined covering civil, mechanical, and electrical works, with a strong focus on the utilities area of the business. Responsible for the successful delivery of each project through management of internal staff, external contractors, financial control, and strong management of change.

    The Senior Project Manager is proficient in several aspects of the industry and can lead moderate to large sized projects, making decisions and recommendations on technical or complex issues.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Participate in developing monthly resource forecasting with Project Managers, including resource leveling activities with Supervisors to assist Project Management Office initiatives.
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of project management concepts and tools, LSC PM Manual, and ability to apply these to deliver a defined project scope on time and within budget.
    • Will be required to manage projects from proposal through close out.

    • Assist the Comdata AP Specialist with review of employee expenses in Expense Track including specific attention to detail and ensuring all expenses are valid before approving.
    • Assist with managing outstanding receipts, seeing who needs to submit their charges and email employees for reminders as needed.
    • Review in Expense Track for drafts that have receipts that need to be attached to assist in maintaining the open expenses.
    • Help cardholders with Expense Track questions.
    • Reconciles vendor statements with accounting system to ensure invoices are being paid promptly and timely.

    • Efficiently and effectively manage the Vista ERP system Fixed Asset (FA) system through the timely entry of asset additions, dispositions, and Construction-In-Progress (CIP) conversions.
    • Manage and control the “Capital Acquisition & Disposition Request” (CADR) process in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and internal direction from CFO and Controller with the purpose of ensuring no assets are procured or disposed of without the existence of an authorized CADR form.
    • Maintain the processes around capturing CIP related invoices, building up the CIP sub-ledger by defined assets / CADR and ensure timely conversion to depreciable assets in the Vista ERP system.
    • Reconcile FA, Accumulated Depreciation (AD), and CIP by the 7th business day of the month-end close process in preparation for the corporate monthly package and FA/AD depreciation package.
    • Manage the Lease Accelerator software utilized for capturing and maintain all finance and operating lease transactions to ensure appropriate accounting in accordance with ASC 842. Responsibilities include regular communication with the Equipment Department about new and termed leases along with ensuring appropriate entries are recorded on a monthly basis and all lease accounts are timely reconciled each month.
    • Manage the annual fixed asset inventory process in partnership with the Equipment Coordinator for external audit purpose. Provide status report to Controller and / or VP, Finance, on a weekly basis.
    • Maintain the entire fleet of all types of equipment within the Vista Equipment Module for purposes of equipment charges to specific jobs.
    • Ensure the timely cash posting of customer remittances to Accounts Receivable on a weekly basis and work with Operations Billing to resolve discrepancies between billings and receipts to be posted.

    JOB SUMMARY
    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Company's financial accounts encompassing transactional processing and account balance reconciliation as well as timely and accurate processing and reporting of project financial and statistical reporting and analysis. Additional responsibilities include ensuring SOX compliance and managing both internal and external financial statement audits. This position is based at our corporate office in Eau Claire, WI.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Assist Vice President, Finance, in managing accounting staff and accounting functions including Job Cost, General Ledger, Fixed Assets/Equipment Reporting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
    • Assist Vice President, Finance, with month-end consolidated financial statement preparation and analysis.
    • Assist staff and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules related to fixed assets, leases, job costs, intercompany, cash, and other various accounts.
    • Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closings, including managing the month-end close task list and overseeing that the close schedule is followed.
    • Review and approve journal entries.
    • Work with Operations to discuss and document aging receivables on a monthly basis.
    • Prepare multiple corporate deliverables on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Ensure jobs are accurately set up with direction and authorization from Operations to ensure appropriate SPO accounting.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of project financial reporting that supports Operations.
    • Create processes and procedures to assist new divisions or business lines.
    • Manage both external and internal audits throughout the year, including walkthroughs, reviewing support and ensuring adherence to all SOX controls.
    • Proactively train and teach accounting staff members with the goal of the department being 100% cross-trained.
    • Individually problem solve to find solutions to any issues or new items before reaching out for help. This can include meetings with applicable individuals, coming to meetings with a preliminary solution or working with other departments as needed.
